Service Description
Take the whole boat. For three and a half glorious hours, this fast, comfortable RIB is yours alone — no strangers, no fixed route, just you, up to ten of your favourite people, and the finest cruising water in Britain. Choose the morning slot (09:30–13:00) and be sipping coffee in Cowes while the water is still glassy, or take the afternoon (13:00–16:30) and finish your day cruising home in the golden light. Where you go is entirely up to you: drop anchor for a swim in Osborne Bay below Queen Victoria's seaside palace, cruise up the River Medina to the famous Folly Inn for lunch, wander the sailing town of Cowes, or simply open the throttles and fly across open water — your skipper reads the group and delivers the day at your pace, from full adrenaline to full relaxation. You're in expert hands throughout. Your RYA commercially endorsed skipper handles the helm, the tides and the local knowledge, fits every guest with a lifejacket, and starts the trip with a short, clear safety briefing. No boating experience is needed — your only job is to enjoy it. Everything is included in one simple price: your skipper, fuel, lifejackets, waterproofs on request and the briefing. No hidden extras, ever. With ten aboard, that's your own private boat for less than £50 a head — the best-value celebration on the Solent. Perfect for birthdays, family occasions, visiting friends, or no reason at all beyond a brilliant afternoon on the water. Children are welcome from age 8, and every itinerary is tailored to the people aboard. Meet your skipper 15 minutes before departure, dress in layers with flat shoes, and bring your camera. The Solent does the rest.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Skippered charters only. Every Anchor Charters trip is operated by our qualified, commercially endorsed skipper. We do not offer bareboat or self-drive hire. Payment. Full payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your charter or tour. For bespoke and wedding charters, a non-refundable 20% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 21 days before the event (bookings made within 21 days are payable in full). If we cancel. If we have to cancel because weather makes the trip unsafe, or due to mechanical failure of the vessel, you choose: a full refund or a credit to rebook on another date. Your skipper makes the weather call — safety always comes first. If you cancel. More than 21 days before your trip: full refund 14–21 days before: 50% refund Fewer than 14 days before: no refund Timings. Charters and tours run to schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrival cannot extend your time on the water. On board. Your skipper has absolute authority over the vessel and everyone aboard. Please tell us about any medical conditions when you book — treated in strict confidence, and essential for your safety at sea.
